RFID systems can read or write to special wristbands or labels. This can be used to record a persons location and/or time.
Location or time recording
Each label or wristband can record data on it to be read after. Up to 64 unique data blobs can be stored. This can be used to record a persons location along a route and or time at a location.
Unique ID’s
Giving a person a wristband with a unique ID can be used to in the same way as a key. Grant unique access to information or a location. Record access times to specific rooms or data. A unique ID can be assigned to each person and its use recorded, storing several years with of its use.
Example use
You run a park and you’d like families to visit all the attractions during their visit. You give them a wristband on arrival and then scan it at each location to prove they have been there.
You scan their wristband on exit to see which locations they have visited.
